Brexit is supposedly happening in a matter of weeks, and yet we are no closer to what that means than we were two years ago. It would be funny, if it wasn’t for the monumental impact on businesses who have spent hours planning for worst case scenarios. But with an attempt at lightheartedness, this week we welcome Ellis, Wicked Leeks’ new cartoonist with his take on the ignorance around food that Brexit debates have revealed.
