Traybakes, where have you been my whole life! Seriously though... these really haven't been on my radar.

They are life-changing. You prep a yummy marinade then bang everything in a roasting tray and let your oven do the hard work while you go and put your feet up.

This makes my yummy paprika chicken traybake the PERFECT option for busy weeknights or days where you really can’t be bothered cooking.

This recipe is one for your weekly rotation and only requires 15 minutes of hands-on time.

** Let's Talk About Ingredients!

Think golden juicy chicken drumsticks, juicy blistered tomatoes, and crunchy roast veggies. All smothered in a delicious coating of garlic infused oil, smoked paprika and tomato paste.

Now for really good roast tomatoes, I prefer vine grown common tomatoes so if you can find those grab them.

The rest of the ingredients you need for this dish are super simple:
* chicken drumsticks
* tomato paste
* garlic infused oil
* water (to thin your awesome marinade)
* smoked paprika (if this hasn't become a staple for you yet then it will now)
* salt & pepper
* potatoes (type doesn't really matter - just need to be able to roast it)
* carrots
* olive oil
* dry or fresh oregano
* broccoli
* vine-ripened tomatoes

** It's Super Easy
------------------------------------------------------------

Essentially you're going to mix up a quick marinade from the tomato paste, garlic infused oil, smoked paprika and water, then slather that all over your chicken drumsticks.

Then you pop everything into the roasting tray and bake until golden. Pretty easy right?
